Corporate & Government

In an era of increasing compliance requirements, simpler business techniques offer opportunities to offset these costs in large corporations and government business. Since 1996 a number of government departments, government-owned corporations, government-sponsored community organizations and even groups within political parties have used many of the simpler business techniques to focus their activities and improve their performance.

While the techniques to remove complexity and adopt simplicity in large companies and government are much the same as in small and medium sized businesses, there are some modifications needed to implement these in the larger businesses. How to adapt the simpler business techniques to the large corporation or government business will be added to this site in the future. Stay tuned for:

  • Simpler business processes to help existing staff achieve their outcomes more easily and with less stress
  • Reduced red tape delays by simplifying processes to achieve timely throughput with the same staff
  • Business units clearly focused on providing exceptional value to their customers
  • Greater customer satisfaction for all types of customers (internal, ministers, community, business)
  • Higher customer and community value by stopping non-customer-value-adding activities
